Nothing to show lol

Nothing to show tonight but, I am working hard on my Card Swap Card for the Kit and Clowder  'Friendship' Card Swap.  Am really excited about this as I think i've found the perfect stamp and I get to do yet another of the background scenes ... WOOT :D

I also have, printed and ready to start, my new image for Scrappers Delight.  Again, I already have this one mapped out in my head.

Hubby put some new shelving up in my craft corner today, it's looking good now and not so cluttered. Don't think he's too impressed about me taking over part of our Dining Room but, at least now, I'm back to just one corner that is tidy, rather than, spread over most of the room and table, and, messy haha

That's all folks ... See ya xxx

Woodland Scene, Elements of Nature

A little bit excited at the moment as I have been asked to join the Design Team at Scrappers Delight  Can't show what I'm working on just yet, but will do as soon as :)

The last few days have seen me with a 'fibro' flare up so, my colouring time has been a bit limited.  I managed to finish another one of the scene lessons,  from the Elements of Nature Class over at Kit and Clowder

Made it into a card tonight

Confidence Week

Well, this week was Confidence Week over at Kit and Clowder.  My challenge to myself was to colour a stamp, on my own, with my Copics,  'without' following a tutorial lol.

This is my result ...

Copics !!!

Despite coveting these bad boys since I started colouring, they have actually been the bane of my life hahahaha.  I have finally (I think) learned the concept of blending with them but, as they are mostly all, brand new, the problems with juicyness is beyond belief.  I do uncap both ends and leave them sit for up to 10 mins, then continue to use them uncapped as I work.  The 'Sketch' especially take a long time to settle down.  Skin I am happy with right now because, I use the same 5 markers and they have more than settled.  Hair is still hit and miss and clothes ... Oh My Days ... lmao ...   Still, I'm loving learning them and have a new batch due to arrive tomorrow ... these should help me get through the Nature Class over at Kit and Clowder for a 2nd time.  I thoroughly enjoyed it with my pencils.  Anyways, here are my latest two stamps.

First completed stamp using Copic Markers ...

Well, I've finally done it.  After weeks and weeks of lessons, I've produced my first stamp coloured with my new Copics.   As they're new, they are still very juicy and difficult to control, not an excuse, just stating a fact !!
